Parking

Complimentary off-street on-site parking is available for one vehicle per booked room or suite.

Cancellation Policy

The Ashley has a strict sixty (60) day cancellation policy as defined below.

If a Reservation is canceled by a Guest between sixty (60) and thirty (30) days prior to the commencement of the Reservation, then the Guest is entitled to receive a refund of fifty percent (50%) of the cost of the Reservation, less any and all transaction, credit card processing, and/or service fees.

Cancellations attempted less than thirty (30) days prior to the commencement of the Reservation will not be honored, and will result in a refund of $0. In cases where reservations have been made via an external booking platform, the cancellation policy noted at booking will stand. However, upon cancellation, any and all transaction fees (including associated credit card processing fees) will be deducted from the payment refund.

Credit Card Policy

We accept major credit cards American Express, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa.

Check-in Time

Check-in time is at 3pm, and check-out time is at 11am. If late checkout is requested, there may be an additional fee. Early check-in time will be extended with no extra fee when available.

Guarantee Policy

We guarantee the specific room or suite or class of room or suite that you booked. If we are unable to honor your reservation, you will be upgraded to the next level of room or suite at no additional charge.

Pet Policy

Although The Ashley does not allow pets, if you need assistance finding accommodations for your furry family member, we are happy to provide recommendations for local boarding facilities.

Smoking Policy

Our Charleston, South Carolina hotel is a smoke-free establishment. Smoking within a designated non-smoking area is subject to fine.
